I arrived at the location to drop off my luggage, and they told me they don't hold luggage. They also gave me a hard time during the luggage drop-off after I confirmed that they do hold luggage and showed them that I paid and booked for the service. Then, they were willing to help and look more into it. I will not be using this location again.
