The whole service was fine – drop-off, labelling and collection. It was just a shame that when we went to collect our luggage, they didn’t follow the established procedure, as the next day, in another city, we went to collect another piece of luggage but couldn’t do so because a message appeared stating we hadn’t collected the luggage and we’d have to pay for it remaining uncollected. That wasn’t the case; we’d already collected it and moved on to another city. We had to contact customer service by email to sort out the situation, but failing to follow the process causes problems. I hope you’ll be just as thorough at the end of the service as you were at the start. Thanks anyway.

Todo el servicio bien entrega, etiquetaje, y recogida. Solo que fue una lastima que en el momento de recoger el equipaje, no siguieran el proceso establecido, ya que al día siguiente en otra ciudad fuimos a buscar otro guarda equipaje y no pudimos hacerlo ya que nos salia un mensaje conforme no habiamos recogido el equipaje y teniamos que pagar por estar el equipaje sin recoger. No era así, ya recogimos y nos fuimos a otra ciudad. Tuvimos que contactar con atencion al cliente por mail para resolver esa situacion, pero fallar en el proceso da problemas. Espero que sean detallistas al igual que en iniciar, también al finalizar el servicio. Igualmente gracias.

Good service - a little hard to find as it’s in a hotel and we thought it was a stand alone shop fronted place - but all fine and bags left for a few hours while we explored !

The drop-off point is just a few minutes’ walk from the station, which is very convenient. Drop-off and collection are quick and easy.

The pictures here are a bit misleading. The ones taken by “Lia Simeone” are the right ones. The location is correct, it is a hotel that also offers luggage storage. The staff was really friendly and caring, we did not have any problems and did not book online in advance (offseason though). A big bonus are the opening hours till 10pm since the luggage storage at the train station already closes at 8pm.
