A very friendly gentleman who took our suitcases. The mobile phone/souvenir shop opens at 10 am and is very easy to find if you enter the underground station by the Alster, right next to the sightseeing boats and the tourist information office, next to Café Mio. A lift and a flight of stairs lead there.

Sehr freundlicher Herr, der unsere Koffer entgegengenommen hat. Der Handy/Souvenirshop öffnet um 10 Uhr und ist super zu finden, wenn man die U-Bahn-Station an der Alster direkt bei den Ausflugsbooten/der Touristeninfo neben dem Café Mio betritt. Ein Aufzug und eine Treppe führen dorthin.

We’ve booked to lock our luggage from 9:30 AM, but when we arrived, we understood that the place is working from 10AM. There is also a problem with the description of the place, because in the app it says that this is a Cafè, but it’s a souvenir store downstairs near the U- and S-Bahn station. The guy was really nice and friendly. Hope that they will correct the location in the app :) Overall everything was ok.

Die Abgabe war sehr versteckt auf der Ebene der U-Bahn. Es ist ein Handy-Laden und keine echter Locker. Das Gepäck wird einfach in einer Ecke des Ladens gelagert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sowohl die Abgabe als auch später die Abholungen haben problemlos funktioniert.
