The man I spoke to was very pleasant and answered my questions. There was a system glitch and the luggage storage period wasn’t extended, but the man confirmed that my luggage would be held for me; even though my flight was delayed, I was able to collect it later that night. A lovely luggage storage facility – I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great service! Easy to find, easy to use and friendly staff. They took pictures of our bags when we dropped them off and even though it was a different person when we picked them up, everything went very smoothly. You need to download the app to book it but there’s a QR code on the outside of the shop and it’s really easy!

Excellent service. They looked after my suitcases well and received them at the agreed time. They were also flexible with the time when I came to collect them. The place is right opposite the Barajas bus stop (literally, haha), which makes it a great spot to drop off your suitcases without any hassle. ♥
