Super nice and helpful! Only downside is that there are 4 or 5 steps leading up to reception, and with heavy luggage that’s quite a challenge. Thankfully they the let me use the elevator to get yet another floor up, to the storage room

Storage location was convenient enough, booking was simple. Staff were friendly. However, I wouldn't book again due to safety aspect. Bags are tagged and then we were brought upstairs to drop them off. Room was full of other bags. Door could only be opened when the card was scanned. I asked if it's only staff that comes up and it was confirmed. However, when I came to collect my bag I was given the swipe card and was told to go upstairs to pick up the bag (myself). I could have picked up anythin
