The service works just fine, however it is difficult to find since the directions are not clear. You need to access the main station, take the mechanical stairs down, go to the right and go through some doors and then to the right again.

Una volta che lo trovi, poi il servizio è perfetto. Gentile, rapido, puntuale. Il problema è trovarlo. Nella mail di conferma non ci sono spiegazioni, se telefoni risponde una voce registrata che non ti aiuta... Andrebbe rivisto il servizio clienti, non i gestori dello sportello. Lo trovate al piano inferiore rispetto a quello dei binari, dentro al money transfer.

Safe and efficient service, just under station so very convenient
