Shop was closed when I arrived to drop my bag off just after 1pm. Google said the shop closed from 1.30pm-2pm but this information wasn’t available on radical storage so it was lucky I noticed when I was getting directions so made sure I arrived before 1.30 but it was already closed. It was just reopening when I went back around 2.15pm.

Okay, if you are fit! Luggage needs to be carried down some narrow stairs. There you place your suitcases amongst others and next to shop‘s storage products. Not recommendable for values.

Storage location - great, booking experience - great, price - great, interaction with the staff - The staff was very unpleasant. When we entered the shop, we saw a sign to leave luggage downstairs. My husband took the suitcase, but the man at the counter became rude, saying he needed to photograph it first. We were there with two children who were frightened by the situation. We have used this service before without problems, but this experience was awful and ruined our morning.
