La reserva del lugar de equipaje se pudo realizar sin sobresaltos. Cuando llegamos al lugar, nos pidieron el código de reserva y listo: entregamos las maletas y nos fuimos a recorrer la ciudad. Volvimos a recogerlas a la hora pactada y todo salió muy bien. Recomendado.

It would be helpful if shop offering the service was marked with the company’s logo on the door, (btw) I was expecting electronically locked luggage lockers, not a regular wine shop. I ended up wasting time wandering around and trying to find it (the building didn’t have a visible street number). I also didn’t realize when booking that this shop is closed from 3pm to 5.30pm, which finally disrupted our plans. The staff did not speak English. The email communication with online support was good.

Luggage was safe and untouched. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend this place!
