那位帮我们拿行李的先生非常友善。那家手机/纪念品店10点开门，位置非常显眼：只要从阿尔斯特河畔的地铁站出来，就在游船码头和旅游咨询处旁边，紧挨着Café Mio咖啡馆。那里有一部电梯和一组楼梯可以通往该店。

Sehr freundlicher Herr, der unsere Koffer entgegengenommen hat. Der Handy/Souvenirshop öffnet um 10 Uhr und ist super zu finden, wenn man die U-Bahn-Station an der Alster direkt bei den Ausflugsbooten/der Touristeninfo neben dem Café Mio betritt. Ein Aufzug und eine Treppe führen dorthin.

Easy process, friendly staff. We forgot personal item there when we left the luggage and they remembered us and gave it back when we returned to retrieve the luggage.

Was able to drop off and pickup quickly and easily. We left our large packs while we spent 3 days in Cefalu and picked them between trains heading from Cefalu and the Airport. 10-15 minutes between trains was ample time to retrieve our luggage.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Bessere Beschreibung in welches Geschäft man rein muss wäre gut - war etwas verwirrend, da ich eine spezielle Gepäckaufbewahrung erwartet hatte und nicht ein Sportgeschäft.

店员非常友好。离车站很近。唯一的缺点是，既没有招牌，店名也不符合应用程序上显示的名称。我们不得不问路才找到。不过，这是一家面包店，出售的三明治和甜点都非常美味。

Personale molto gentile. Vicino alla stazione. Unica pecca, non c'è nessun cartello né il posto corrisponde al nome che ti danno sull'app. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Comunque è un boulangerie che vendono panini e dolci buonissimi.

Easy to book, safe and just by the tram stop for the airport. The lady in l'Escargot Rouge was also lovely to deal with. Je recommande!
