Overall, a mixed experience with Radical Storage, but it ended on a positive note. The website was very easy to navigate, and booking a location was simple and straightforward. However, finding the actual location was much more difficult than expected. Many of the storage spots are inside existing shops, and it’s not clearly communicated what you’re looking for, which made it confusing. Unfortunately, when I finally found my original booked location, it was closed. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one showed up, which was very frustrating. That said, customer support was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and quickly moved me to a new location. While having to wheel my bag another 10 minutes on cobblestone streets wasn’t ideal, the second location was much easier to find (especially once I understood how the locations work). The staff there were very friendly, the process was quick and efficient at both drop-off and pickup, and my belongings felt secure. In the end, I was able to enjoy my day, but clearer instructions and better reliability at the initial location would have made a big difference.

It was inside a Spar supermarket! Great service and very friendly. I can recommend when you have to check out and your flight is in the evening. Near to Massena Bus station.
