就在地鐵站旁邊，交通超方便！不過，接待的員工態度有點不友善，還問我是怎麼預訂的、在哪裡預訂的，以及付了多少錢。他接著說這筆錢太少了。最後，我還是被允許把行李放在那裡。取件時是另一位員工，他比較友善。我是透過應用程式預訂的，原本以為一切都沒問題。這件事讓我感到有些不快。

Direkt neben der Tube Station und super gut erreichbar! Allerdings war der Mitarbeiter bei der Annahme etwas unfreundlich und fragte, wie und wo ich gebucht habe, und was ich gezahlt habe. Er meinte dann, dass sei zu wenig. Letztendlich durfte ich meine Tasche da lassen. Bei der Abholung war ein anderer Mitarbeiter da, der war freundlicher. Ich hatte über die App gebucht und bin davon ausgegangen, dass alles so passt. Es hatte einen bitteren Beigeschmack.

儲物設施正如我所預期，工作人員友善且樂於助人，現場也設有洗手間；不過，我選擇這個地點是因為廣告上說距離巴特西發電廠只需步行 9 分鐘，但實際上卻要走 20 分鐘（從地鐵站出發則需 30 分鐘），這實在有違初衷。

Storage facilities were as I would expect, staff were friendly and helpful and there are toilet facilities available, however I chose the location as it said it was a 9 min walk from Battersea Power Station but the reality was 20 mins (30 from the underground), which defeated the object really.
