Although there were some logistic issues about the opening hours and baggages due to the holidays, the support quickly relocated our reservation. After that everything went smoothly. The staff of the gift shop was helpful and kind.

The drop off/pick up locations are plentiful and convenient. We found one right around the corner from our apartment and it was an easy interaction with the attendant. We will use Radical Storage again and recommend to others.
